Contact forms
Purpose of processing and legal basis.
To handle the contact form and ensure the circulation and archiving of documents, which is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Information on the purpose of processing the data contained in the content of the correspondence and related legal grounds is provided in the other parts of the information clause (depending on what the correspondence concerns).
Data retention period.
As a rule, data are processed for the periods indicated by law, and if they are not indicated in relation to specific documents, for the time when their storage falls within the legally justified purpose of the administrator regulated by the time of possible redress. The period of storage of data constituting the content of correspondence, however, depends on the purpose of data processing to which the correspondence relates (if there are other dates for deleting data, information on this subject is provided in a separate information clause).

As a rule, we process the data provided by you. Your data may be provided to us by a person authorized by you, in which case we receive such data as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and other information provided in the form.
Newsletter subscribers
Purpose of processing and legal basis
Marketing of own services and providing other information about the company’s activities through the newsletter, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The newsletter is sent with prior consent to receive direct marketing and commercial information via the newsletter. Also in connection with the implementation of other legitimate interests of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR): – in order to establish, pursue and defend claims, – for statistical purposes related to improving work efficiency, quality of services provided and adapting them to recipients.
Data retention period.
Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or raise an objection, i.e. you show us in any way that you do not wish to stay in touch with us and receive information about our activities. After withdrawing consent or expressing an objection, personal data may be stored for the purpose of demonstrating the correctness of compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator and related claims.

Withdrawal of consent

Server logs
Using the Website involves sending queries to the server where the Website is stored.
Each request addressed to the server is saved in the server logs. Logs include e.g. User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you are using.
Logs are saved and stored on the server.
The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the user.
Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.

In connection with its activities, Elitmind will disclose your personal data to the following entities:

Authorizations regarding the data processed
Each person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification of your personal data,
- delete your personal data,
- limiting the processing of your personal data,
- object to the processing of your personal data,
- transferring your personal data.

Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, however, without providing them, Elitmind may not respond to the inquiry or you will not receive the newsletter.
Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations
Your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. As part of our IT infrastructure and tools used on the website, your personal data will be sent in particular to the USA.
In the case of recipients in the territory of countries not covered by the decision of the European Commission, such as the USA, in order to ensure an adequate level of protection, the Administrator concludes agreements with recipients of your personal data, based on standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission in accordance with art. 46 sec. 2 lit. c GDPR.

The method of securing your data used by the Administrator complies with the principles provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. You can request further information about the security measures applied in this regard, obtain a copy of these security measures and information about where they are made available.

Your data will not be subject to automated decision making with legal or similarly significant impact.
