Sales Development Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines commercial acumen with subject-matter expertise in Data & Analytics, focusing on managing the early stage of our sales funnel from discovery calls through lead validation to opportunity qualification and development.

You are an experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of Data & Analytics topics and proven ability to conduct discovery calls. You have excellent communication skills combined with consultative selling expertise that enables you to identify customer needs and assess opportunity potential effectively.
You thrive in environments where you can build early-stage relationships with prospects, navigate multi-step qualification processes, and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
How you fit in
Lead Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects handed off by SDRs/BDRs or generated via marketing campaigns
- Understand and assess client business and technical needs through consultative conversations
- Verify, qualify, and categorize sales opportunities based on readiness, value, and strategic fit
- Act as the first knowledgeable point of contact for prospects entering our sales funnel
Opportunity Development & Assessment
- Convert weak, ambiguous, or dormant leads into strong sales opportunities
- Evaluate opportunity potential and navigate multi-step qualification processes
- Assess client readiness for Data & Analytics solutions and identify decision-making criteria
- Develop opportunity profiles that enable effective handoff to sales teams
Client Relationship Building
- Build early-stage relationships with prospects and establish trust through expertise
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover real business challenges and opportunities
- Position Elitmind as a trusted advisor in Data & Analytics transformation
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the qualification process
Sales Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to nurture early-stage deals
- Provide detailed opportunity briefings to sales teams for smooth transition
- Share market insights and prospect feedback to improve overall sales strategy
- Support marketing efforts by providing feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
We expect you to have
Professional Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or consulting
- Preferably experience in Data & AI field (Power BI, MS Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, OpenAI, GenAI)
- Proven experience conducting discovery calls and identifying customer needs
- Track record of evaluating opportunity potential and managing qualification processes
Technical Expertise
- Solid understanding of Data & Analytics topics including BI, data integration, cloud, AI/ML, ETL, and dashboards
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and business stakeholders
- Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and decision-making processes
- Knowledge of Data & Analytics market trends and competitive landscape

Compensation
B2B Contract | 8,000 - 14,000 PLN net monthly + performance bonus
Compensation within this range reflects your sales experience, technical knowledge, and proven ability to convert leads into opportunities.
