Power BI Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Consultant to join our Data Platform & BI team. This role is essential in building modern data environments and delivering reliable analytical solutions that empower organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions across the entire data lifecycle from integration and modeling to reporting and self-service analytics.

You are an experienced Power BI consultant with deep expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, and analytics visualization. You have hands-on experience building enterprise-scale reporting solutions and working with modern data platforms, combined with excellent communication abilities that enable you to translate complex business requirements into impactful analytical solutions.
You thrive in environments where you can solve complex data challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver self-service analytics capabilities that empower business users to make data-driven decisions while staying current with the latest Power BI and Microsoft Fabric innovations.
How you fit in
Key technologies: Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Databricks, Azure
- At least two years of experience in the Power BI platform field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power Query (M language), and DAX.
- Understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
- Solid experience with designing dimensional data models, including Power BI design patterns.
- Good understanding of data visualization design principles.
- Experience and willingness to conduct training and workshops in the Power BI area.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or any other work-tracking service.
- Knowledge of Azure and data engineering fundamentals.
- Understanding Data Lake and Data Lakehouse architectures.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Snowflake data platform.
- Proficiency with Azure Data Factory and data orchestration approach.

- Collaborating closely with project stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs.

- Designing and implementing new data models and reports utilizing best practices.
- Optimizing existing data models and reports to improve efficiency and impact.
- Working with data engineers on the reporting layer to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Supporting customers in Power BI enterprise adoption and implementation.
Compensation
B2B Contract | 12,000 - 24,000 PLN net monthly
Compensation within this range reflects your Power BI expertise, analytical abilities, and contribution to successful client business intelligence initiatives.
