IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our IT & Security team and help us develop and maintain our environment based on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week from our Warsaw office and 1 day remote. You are a proactive IT professional with 3+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Specialist roles. You bring strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune, combined with solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and network configuration. Your ability to diagnose technical issues independently, work directly with users, and deliver high-quality IT solutions makes you an invaluable team member.

Required experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Specialist roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune
  • Good understanding of Windows / Microsoft 365 and LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network configuration
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and system issues
  • Excellent communication skills, independence, and strong organizational abilities
  • Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written, sufficient for working with documentation and communicating within an international team

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure Fundamentals, Solutions Architect, Intune Administrator)
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting or Microsoft 365 automation

What will you do?

  • Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain and manage the Entra ID / Intune environment (device registration, compliance, policies, groups, profiles)
  • Configure and prepare computer hardware (Windows)
  • Collaborate with IT and Security project teams
  • Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle
  • Create reports and automation solutions in Power BI
  • Participate in processes aligned with ITIL and ISO 27001 standards
  • Maintain accurate technical and process documentation

Compensation

B2B Contract | 10 000 - 14 000 PLN PLN net monthly

Compensation within this range reflects your technical expertise, hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, and contribution to maintaining secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
