You are a proactive data professional with 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering. You bring strong hands-on expertise with dbt and Snowflake, combined with solid SQL and Python skills. Your ability to jump into projects immediately, work directly with customers, and deliver high-quality data solutions makes you an invaluable team member.
You thrive in environments where you can design scalable data architectures, automate workflows, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into powerful data solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Required experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with dbt (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience with Snowflake (certification a plus or willingness to obtain)
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and integration of various structured and unstructured data sources
- Very good coding skills and best practices in SQL and Python
- Conceptual and technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and technical operations
- Experience with Azure Data Services and Databricks
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders
- Hands-on approach and willingness to join an ongoing project immediately
Nice to have
- Experience with Vertica, AWS EMS, or other cloud data technologies
- Knowledge of Lakehouse architectures and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Docker, AKS, or similar containerization tools
- Passion for continuous learning and obtaining new certifications
- Knowledge of AWS environment

What will you do?
- Design and build cloud-based data pipelines and architectures using dbt and Snowflake
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data transformations
- Integrate data from various structured and unstructured sources
- Implement automation for data workflows and support CI/CD processes
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and cost of data systems
- Support deployment of analytics and machine learning solutions on cloud platforms
- Document processes, infrastructure, and best practices for scalability and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data and cloud technologies
Compensation
B2B Contract | 25,000 - 33,000 PLN net monthly
Compensation within this range reflects your technical expertise, hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake, and contribution to delivering high-impact data solutions for our clients.
