We are seeking a skilled Data Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in monitoring and maintaining data platforms, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations of our data warehouse and BI solutions for enterprise clients across Europe and the Middle East.

Here's the deal

You are an experienced data platform specialist with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. You have hands-on experience with BI tools and database development, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities that enable you to keep data platforms running smoothly while supporting business users and technical teams effectively.

You thrive in environments where you can solve technical challenges, work directly with business users, and ensure data quality while implementing new platform functionalities and supporting DevOps processes in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment.

How you fit in

Key technologies: SQL, ITIL, CI/CD, Azure Data Factory, Azure

Recent experience with SQL and SQL optimization techniques.
General knowledge of ITIL processes
Understanding of the Service Desk processes and support lines
Hands-on experience with BI tools for reporting and analysis
Strong skills in database development
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, particularly in pipeline creation and maintenance
Familiarity with stored procedures
Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus
Familiarity with Python would be an advantage

What will you do?

‍

Monitor the operation and processes of data ingestion into the Data Warehouse.
Solve problems, resolve requests, and handle them in the IT support ticket system.
Signal deviations, report disruptions, intervene, and solve identified issues in functionality, reliability, speed, and capacity.
Perform basic platform and user administration.
Maintain contact and collaboration with colleagues and business users.
Test and implement new platform functionalities.
Support DevOps processes and implement CI/CD pipelines (include Azure Data Factory pipelines)
Create reports and implement changes to existing solutions using Power BI.
Develop and optimize databases, including creating stored procedures and tables, executing ad hoc queries, and maintaining the database repository.

B2B Contract | 10,000 - 16,000 PLN net monthly
