Customer Success Manager (Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security or Apps)
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. This role is pivotal in driving customer growth and retention through strategic account management, identifying expansion opportunities in cloud technologies, and ensuring exceptional customer success across our Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security, or Apps portfolios.

You are an experienced customer success professional with deep expertise in cloud technologies and a proven track record in technology sales, presales, or senior technology leadership roles. You have exceptional relationship management skills combined with strategic thinking abilities that enable you to identify growth opportunities, retain key accounts, and drive customer success across complex technology implementations.
You thrive in environments where you can build long-term strategic partnerships, work with senior executives and technical leaders, and leverage cutting-edge cloud technologies to solve complex business challenges while driving measurable customer outcomes and business growth.
How you fit in
- Experience in the area of Technology Sales or Presales, as CDO, CTO, Digital Advisor, Architect, Leader of technology/domains or other relevant role utilizing new cloud technologies: Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security, Apps is required.
- High skills in creating a solution vision tailored to customer needs.
- High personal culture, ability to work with management, directors, managers, and architects.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Goal-oriented and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present arguments clearly and understandably.
- Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Willingness to travel, including internationally (Western Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East- Dubai) - you plan your schedule, but events may require it.
What will you do?
- Managing assigned accounts, retaining customers and leading a matrix team to work for customer’s success.
- Identification of customer needs in the area of new cloud technologies.
- Co-creating the strategy for the Commercial department.
- Collaboration with other departments of the company, especially Delivery&Technology team and New Business team.
- Close cooperation with technology partners such as Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, UiPath, GCP, etc.
- Active efforts and planning to acquire new projects and/or services within existing customers, building long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Compensation
B2B Contract | 23,000 - 34,000 PLN net monthly
Base compensation within this range reflects your customer success expertise, technology knowledge, and contribution to account growth.
