Customer Success Manager
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and retention within our existing customer base, focusing on identifying customer needs in new cloud and data technologies while leading matrix teams to ensure customer success.

You are an experienced technology professional with a proven track record in Technology Sales, Presales, or leadership roles such as CDO, CTO, Digital Advisor, or Architect. You have deep knowledge of new cloud technologies combined with excellent relationship management skills that enable you to drive customer success and business growth.
You thrive in environments where you can work with senior management, create tailored solution visions, and build long-term relationships with customers and technology partners while planning strategically for account expansion.
How you fit in
Account Management & Retention
- Manage assigned accounts with focus on customer retention and satisfaction
- Lead matrix teams to work collaboratively for customer success
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across all organizational levels
- Ensure customers achieve maximum value from their technology investments
Growth & Expansion Strategy
- Identify customer needs in new cloud technologies (Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security, Apps)
- Plan and execute strategies to acquire new projects and services within existing customers
- Create solution visions tailored to specific customer needs and business objectives
- Drive strategic account growth through deep understanding of customer business challenges
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
- Work closely with technology partners such as Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, UiPath, and GCP
- Collaborate with Delivery & Technology teams and New Business teams for seamless execution
- Co-create strategy for the Commercial department based on customer insights
- Leverage partner relationships to enhance customer solutions and drive mutual growth
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Conduct high-level meetings, workshops, and presentations with management and technical teams
- Work effectively with directors, managers, and architects across customer organizations
- Present arguments clearly and understandably to diverse stakeholder groups
- Travel internationally as needed (Western Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East) to support customer relationships
We expect you to have
Professional Experience
- Experience in Technology Sales, Presales, or senior technology leadership roles (CDO, CTO, Digital Advisor, Architect)
- Proven track record in utilizing new cloud technologies across Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security, or Apps domains
- Experience leading technology teams or managing complex technology domains
- Track record of driving growth and retention in enterprise accounts
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of new cloud technologies and their business applications
- Understanding of enterprise technology architectures and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms and technology partners in our ecosystem
- Ability to create compelling solution visions that align technology with business outcomes
Essential Skills
- High personal culture with ability to work effectively with senior management and technical leaders
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to conduct professional meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require
- Self-driven with focus on measurable customer success outcomes
Compensation
B2B Contract | 23,000 - 34,000 PLN net monthly
Compensation within this range reflects your technology leadership experience, account management expertise, and impact on customer growth and retention.
