You are an experienced business analyst with deep understanding of financial processes and controlling functions, combining strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills. You have proven experience in Data/AI projects and finance-related implementations, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic consulting environments while delivering value-driven recommendations.
You thrive in client-facing environments where you can analyze complex business requirements, design innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative business intelligence and data analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
How you fit in
Key technologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business and System Analysis, particularly in Data/AI projects
- Proven experience in finance-related projects
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements, as well as designing and documenting solutions
- Proficiency in data analysis and data modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand and work with different architectural models and technical diagrams
- Strong consulting mindset – ability to work in dynamic environments and provide value-driven recommendations
- Very good knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working in a consulting environment

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

What will you do?
Project Delivery Area
- Analyzing data sources and designing optimal data models
- Creating and proposing a final solution to the Client, e.g. in the form of ready-made Power BI report mockups
- Identifying business needs and business goals to define project scope/product Roadmap
- Preparing and conducting presentations targeted to the different groups of the audience
- Collecting functional and non-functional requirements
- Verifying existing business processes and identifying potential improvements and enhancements
- Building Project Backlogs, especially defining Epics and User Stories
- Preparing Tests Plans and testing developed solutions
- Analytical documentation management
Business Development
- Direct cooperation with the client in creating Business Intelligence solutions and business apps.
- Close cooperation with the architects in the design phase
- Close cooperation with the developers in the implementation of the project
- Supporting Project Owner in project management or the possibility of project coordination in the SCRUM / AGILE method
Compensation
B2B Contract | 14,000 - 24,000 PLN net monthly
